therapist, circle-holder, and unwavering believer in the power of women.

Women are often told that our worth and happiness are to be found beyond ourselves; in how we care for others, how much we give and how we measure up.
So you work hard to do it ‘right,’ hoping that life will be good (easy, happy, perfect). You check outside yourself for reassurance, guidance and validation. You tick the boxes, look the part, and move through the days like you should.
So why does it still feel a bit (or a lot) shit?
Over time, you have likely learnt (or been told) to ignore your needs and deprioritise your wants in the service of others.
This can happen as a story of survival; doing what you had to do to get through, to fit in, to keep the peace.
Sometimes your story might be shaped by traumatic events, personal struggles, or big life changes that left you feeling lost.
Sometimes your story might be shaped by the pressure to adapt, change, or self-edit in order to fit into relationships, roles, or expectations that were never truly yours to begin with.
You can get so used to it that you lose connection with, and trust in, who you really are.
These old ways of being likely no longer truly serve you.
I bet you’ve been giving and doing for so long that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be yourself.
To listen to your body.
To trust your instincts.
To name and hold your boundaries.
To be present with the full depth of your emotions.
Wouldn’t it feel good to know yourself; to understand who you are and how the hell you got here?

Individual therapy sessions
Counselling is powerful. It can help you get clarity on who you are, how you got here and where you want to go next.
Many of us know that we could benefit from therapy - from seeking help and support with what feels shitty, stuck and is no longer serving us.
Counselling can help with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, trauma healing, depression, sense of self, increasing self compassion and being the person that you want to be.
Weekly or fortnightly, in person in Canberra or online.
Standard (50 minutes) - $180

Women's circles
When women come together, something magic happens.
Women’s circles provide a space for women to gather, be seen, heard and held. And also laugh, cry, share food and create things.
We can learn so much more about ourselves when we chose to join a women’s circle and to carve out time for ourselves.
I host various circles throughout the year, each with a different theme or purpose.

Aligned & Alive is a 6-week workshop held in Canberra, ACT.
A&A features three in person workshop afternoons, weekly reflection prompts, curated resources and online social connections.
This workshop provides you with the space, support and resources to really look at yourself and what you want in life.
